Agreement
These public terms apply to access and use of CallForge marketing pages, demo flows, setup flows, account creation, and related services operated by Sapphire Strategies Political Consulting, LLC. Account-specific agreements, addenda, order forms, invoices, or onboarding terms may also apply and control where they conflict.
Permitted Use
You may use CallForge only for lawful campaign, civic, advocacy, fundraising, or organizing purposes and only in compliance with applicable telecommunications, privacy, campaign finance, advertising, and outreach laws.
Demo And Calling Safety
Live demos and calling tools may place real outbound calls or messages. You are responsible for using only numbers you control or have permission to contact, providing accurate scripts and lists, and honoring consent, opt-out, and compliance requirements.
Accounts And Billing
Basic access may be included where agreed. Premium features, including automatic dialing, SMS messages, email messages, voicemail drops, and related CallForge+ functionality, may be billed through checkout, invoice, or a written agreement at the rates shown or agreed. You are responsible for accurate account, organization, billing, and compliance information.
Scheduling And Turnaround
We make reasonable efforts to meet requested timelines when requests are made with sufficient notice. We may determine whether a requested turnaround is reasonable, and requests requiring unusually fast completion may be declined or subject to additional fees.
Platform, Deliverables, And Data Central
All rights, title, and interest in the CallForge platform, related code, systems, processes, documentation, and product workflows remain with Sapphire Strategies Political Consulting, LLC. Scripts, templates, reports, or materials we create for a customer remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing, and customers receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose and duration of the services.
Customers retain rights in raw source data they provide. By using CallForge, you authorize us to collect, host, process, normalize, enrich, analyze, and use CallForge data, outputs, and workflow activity to provide CallForge, support customers, power Sapphire Data Central, maintain data quality, improve products, create operational analytics, and generate aggregated or de-identified insights. We do not sell client-identifiable campaign data, and we do not share or transfer client-identifiable campaign data while an agreement is in effect except to authorized users, service providers, legal or compliance recipients, or with customer direction or consent.
Customer Content And Compliance
You are responsible for lists, scripts, messages, recordings, campaign materials, instructions, and legal or regulatory compliance. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for CallForge to process that content and operate the requested workflows, including compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules, opt-out obligations, campaign finance rules, and other applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from customer-provided content, lists, instructions, or use of CallForge.
No Guaranteed Results
CallForge provides campaign calling infrastructure and operational tools. We do not guarantee fundraising, voter contact, persuasion, turnout, election, deliverability, or business outcomes. We are not responsible for the performance of customer staff, volunteers, agents, vendors, carriers, or third-party providers. Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for CallForge in the preceding 30 days.
Suspension Or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if use creates security, compliance, billing, legal, operational, or platform-integrity risk, or if a customer violates applicable terms or agreements.
